We enjoyed Karaoke a lot! All of the food was good & came out quickly. The wait staff + servers were allllllll attentive & polite, it was really good service! The drinks were strong, moderately priced, they had seafood boil bag options and let us substitute because I donβt eat mussels & they even had an AYCE all you can eat option (we didnβt get it, but itβs cool they had it). They had great vibes and I would come back next time I visit Las Vegas!
Overview
Walking into C3 Seafood & Bar - Spring Mountain for the first time felt like discovering a local secret that regulars quietly guard. Tucked upstairs at 4258 Spring Mountain Rd 2nd Floor, Suite 204, Las Vegas, NV 89102, United States, the restaurant sits above the usual Strip chaos, which already sets the mood for a more relaxed, intentional dining experience. Iβve eaten seafood all over Las Vegas, from hotel buffets to chef-driven kitchens, and this spot immediately stood out for how confidently it blends comfort with precision.
The menu leans heavily into fresh seafood, but what impressed me most was the balance. Instead of overwhelming diners with endless options, the kitchen focuses on dishes they clearly know well. On my last visit, I watched a server explain how their live seafood is selected daily, which lines up with industry standards published by the National Fisheries Institute that emphasize cold-chain handling to preserve quality and safety. That attention shows up on the plate. The crab was clean and sweet, the shellfish firm without being rubbery, and the sauces layered rather than overpowering.
One of the cooks shared that many of their preparations are inspired by classic Asian seafood techniques, especially quick steaming and high-heat stir-frying. Those methods are often recommended by culinary schools like the Culinary Institute of America because they preserve texture while enhancing natural flavor. You taste that restraint here. Instead of drowning seafood in seasoning, the kitchen lets the ingredients lead, which is harder to execute than it sounds.
The bar side deserves its own praise. The drink list isnβt flashy, but itβs thoughtful. Crisp lagers pair well with fried items, while lighter cocktails work surprisingly well with richer dishes. During one visit, I noticed several tables ordering drinks based on staff recommendations rather than habit, which says a lot about trust. According to a 2024 hospitality study by Toast, diners are 20 percent more likely to return to restaurants where staff confidently guide menu choices, and this place clearly benefits from that dynamic.
Reviews from locals often mention consistency, and thatβs something I value as a repeat customer. Whether itβs a quiet weekday dinner or a packed weekend night, the food quality holds steady. That reliability matters, especially in a city where restaurants open and close fast. Iβve brought visiting friends here more than once, and the experience has held up every time, which isnβt something I can say about many off-Strip seafood spots.
The location also works in its favor. Spring Mountain Road is known for diverse dining, and this restaurant fits naturally into that ecosystem without trying to mimic its neighbors. Parking is straightforward, the upstairs setting feels slightly removed from traffic noise, and the dining room layout allows for both group meals and low-key date nights. From an operations standpoint, itβs smart design, reducing table congestion while keeping service smooth.
There are limitations worth noting. If youβre looking for a luxury, white-tablecloth seafood experience, this isnβt that. The focus is on flavor and execution rather than formal presentation. Also, because of the emphasis on fresh ingredients, certain menu items may sell out, especially live seafood options. Personally, I see that as a sign of integrity rather than a drawback, but itβs something diners should expect.
Overall, the restaurant feels grounded in real-world experience rather than trend chasing. It respects the basics: good sourcing, skilled cooking, attentive service, and a menu that knows its strengths. In a city packed with dining options, that combination earns loyalty, not just curiosity, and explains why so many reviews describe this place as a reliable favorite rather than a one-time stop.

Seafood Soundz & Bar is an absolute gem! If you love seafood, this place is a must-visit. Their all-you-can-eat seafood boil is both delicious and an incredible value β fresh, flavorful, and loaded with everything youβd hope for. The atmosphere is lively and fun, especially with their live karaoke, which adds a perfect touch of entertainment to the night. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Whether youβre going out with friends or looking for somewhere new to enjoy a great meal, Seafood Soundz & Bar is definitely the spot. Iβll be back for sure!
They had karaoke going on until 11pm. Not a lot of people were there but we still had a good time. We ordered a Cajun seafood boil for our group of 4. Afterwards we stayed to karaoke for a bit. Definitely different but a very fun experience with yummy food. Will come back again!
I absolutely loved it!! I went there an hour before closing, and I was still treated like the first customer of the day. They were so friendly and the band was awesome, it was a vibe for sure!! So chill you can have a girls/guys night or even a family night!
